To all members, users and staff Happy Deepawali to you and your loved ones. This year Deepawali (Diwali) is falling on 30th October. Lighting and Firecrackers are top on this festival. This festival is celebrated in several ways, but Lakshmi Ganesh Worship is a must. Sri Rama (Incarnation of Hindu God Vishnu) returned from Lanka to Ayodhya on this day, since then we are celebrating this festival (You can get details of the story in Ramayana) This festival we distribute Sweets, Dry Fruits, Other Gifts to our loved ones and good friends etc. We light up our home with different forms of lightnings (traditional form is Diya lamp with Cotton wool and Mustard oil. We do Ganesh and Lakshmi puja ie Worship Goddess Lakshmi (Goddess of Prosperity) and Ganesha (Remover of Obstacles) Also we Worship Monotheistic Deity with Om Jai Jagdeesh Hare song After that we distribute Prasad (offering to Gods and Goddesses) with devotion, and celebrate with firecrackers. _/\_ Happy Deepawali
