Cutting energy at all costs.

About 1am I realized I was not going to need any more iced. I went in the kitchen and unplugged the ice maker. I cut it off one time while kay was here. She jumped down my throat. I did not see the need in running it over night. It makes ice in 10 minute. So I will cut the power to it every night.

I think it's important to save on engery when you can. I always unplug our microwave and our laptops at night. I also have a timer set on my tv in my room so when I fall a sleep it wont be on all night.

If 10 minutes is only needed...then cutting the power off was the best decision for the night time..
