A Man Who Asks For My Help Then Goes Missing and Silent, What To Do?

What happened to him? Was he in need of my help? Was he hiding behind something of just a liar in need of quick money? These are questions that have been revolving in my mind since we parted ways with a promise for a call to confirm how the situation was. How It Happened! The guy came to me with needs that only a doctor could have resolved. Of course, I said I was ready to take him to hospital provided he agreed to my offer. He then said we should do it the following day since it was already late evening hours. He promised to call me to schedule to meet and kick off for the hospital. The following day, I waited for his call from morning till evening. The damned silence prompted me to make the call which he refused to answer. I waited and made three other attempts but still the phone rang until automatic hang up. The next day, I tried once more and the end results were the same. I gave up! Obviously, he saw my missed calls if we assume that he was not available to handle the calls. Oops! He is very active on Facebook --- he does access FB on his phone-- meaning he is just ignoring my calls. I don't wanna ambush him on FB... What should I do? I wonder if I did something wrong to him or he is just being a coward. Put on my shoes and have your say...
