I ate a light meal today!

my schedule at work finished at 1:00 p.m. today and then I took the route back to this place. On the way., I stopped and ate lunch. My afternoon meal for today consisted of a fruit salad and two chicken tacos with lettuce and tomato. How often do you eat light meals?

My weekday lunches are light. Salad with grilled chicken or turkey on top.

I do often. Sometimes, I may eat a heavy, but then, It takes longer for me to recover from the overdoze

They taste good with lettuce and chicken meat. I may eat two to three at the most
