I went to the Dr. but the swelling went down by the time of the visit. But I been walking left and right today. My ankles feel like they are stretching too much. I can't figure out if it's the heat or not. I can't figure it out.

You having any other problems or did you get bit by something. Walking to much maybe. Antibiotics, turmeric, tea tree oil, and good old fashion honey can stop any infection if you use it till it is gone. Do not let cannibus fool you either can seriously help reduce and let the others kill.

My mom has the exact same problem and it is normally due to heat or just your ankles are exhausted, just keep your legs elevated and drink plenty of water and you should be okay. Maybe take an anti inflammatory just in case if it is hurting.

What have you been eating? Heavy carbohydrates and salt can cause swollen ankles. Some medications can causing swollen ankles. Could also be caused by an infection of some kind. Liver, kidney and lymphoid problems can cause this as well.
