What's for dinner? November 5

What's going on the dinner table this evening? Do tell!
I am making a roasted pork loin seasoned with Herbes de Provence, cauliflower rice, and steamed broccoli. It is a simple enough meal to prepare but hopefully it will be delicious.
That's what's for dinner over here. What are YOU having. I want to know!

Your dinner sounds delicious (as always 
). Tonight my daughter is cooking and she's making turkey meatballs, homemade sauce, whole wheat spaghetti and a nice tossed salad. It's nice to have the night off from cooking
