It´s midnight, yet I want a snack.

Today I had a very late and big lunch with my daughter. After she was gone I took a nap and then mylotted while I watched TV.
Now it is late and I haven´t had diner. Maybe I could make me an omelette. I know taht if I eat too much right now, my stomach will not like it.
Do you eat midnight snacks once in a while?
