Fall Back? Yes Please

So last night time changed in the way I love for it to change. We get an extra hour of sleep now! Well last night anyway and I made sure to get to sleep in time to take advantage of it. This morning I would have been up at 11am, but because of the time change I got up at 10am! Still later than my usual time of waking up, but much needed. The only ones who I know suffer are our pets. They can tell you when it is time for them to eat. They know when it is 5pm, their dinner time. Well it is always harder on them with falling back time because that means they have to wait an hour longer than they remember to eat. Eventually they adjust and we ease them into the time change by slowly bringing back the time we feed them. Like today we fed them at 4:30pm instead of waiting until 5pm exactly. They'll adjust soon enough. How do you feel about the time change? Did you get that extra hour of sleep? Do you prefer the spring forward or the fall back in time change?

Nope i did not get the extra hour of sleep i only slept 4 hours that night. Soon as the sun is up then i am up and can't get back to sleep. I'm still tired after 2 days of no sleep. Time change is no different for me i just hate that it gets dark earlier now but oh well.

Oh yes, I am so glad for an additional hour of sleep. I wish though it would have happened on Monday, but still an hour of sleep is still an hour of rest. At least now it will not be too dark to go out and drive to work in the morning.

I was up an hour earlier than usual this morning. I'm exhausted tonight so I'm going to bed early.
