I Have A Job!

I started a part-time cleaning job in a school yesterday. This was down to a friend of ours called Paul. Hubby knows him through their previous roles at Thurnams and when I last saw him I asked if there were any jobs going and he replied, "Cleaners!"
So, to cut a long story short, I got a job there. It's only 12.5 hours a week but I don't want any more than that, to be honest. It's hard work and for a pen-pusher like me, harder still!
At least I don't have to clean the toilets although I may have to inspect them at some point and report any problems I might find.
I can honestly say they are a great bunch of women to work with, very kind-hearted. The women I worked with in Cumbrian offices were horrible to me so it makes a nice change!

Hi, friend, I have not seen you in ages. A part time job is good to get you moving and keep your mind busy. I am working in a school as well.

Congratulations on finding a job! That is wonderful. I hope you enjoy it there. It is always better to work when you have good co workers!

Thank you for replying and yes, you are quite right. I did have a couple of bad experiences here in the past so to find somewhere that's friendly should make me want to stay there, until I die of exhaustion of course!
