November - when all the best people are born

hey all yep, it's true. If you are a November baby, happy birthday month to you, if you weren't born in November.............ah well, not everyone can be perfect! I have taken delivery of my new phone, which has some very impressive specs, including 6GB of RAM, I've never owned a PC or laptop with that much!! It does make me wonder if I even need a laptop any more. I have downloaded an app that allows me to upload and sell photo's direct from the phone which is pretty much all I used the laptop for. Still haven't had a chance to test the camera function fully, but the picture here suggests detail and colours are good. Later

As Morrissey once sang - "November spawned a monster in the shape of this child". RAM is dirt cheap theses days so I suspect it's more a matter of available real estate on hand-held devices that is the limiting factor.

Doubtless the picture here didn't appear because your phone is altogether too powerful for MyLot! MyLot requires that an image is less than 3MB in size. That means that the images taken by many modern phones are too big. If you want to upload them, you will need to resize them or save them at a lower resolution. I'd suggest that a long dimension of 1028 pixels is quite adequate for web viewing and will give you an image which will upload without error and display just fine.
