8th of November and rain
November the 8th is always or seems to be a wet day/rain.
Apart from being in the USA when it was dry for my birthday, in the UK in the last 10 years, it’s rained 9 of those years and this year was no different. Yes, it rained for most of the day, sometimes very heavy. I guess it’s just normal for the 8th of November.
I have my birthday on the wrong day, just about my luck, no BBQ for me, wrong country for that.
My last birthday in the USA was back in 2014 when it was a beautiful sunny day and amazing sunset as you can see in the photo I’ve posted with this post.
Just maybe next year it may be dry, fingers crossed.

My daughter always says she wishes she had been born in the summer, instead of November, then she could do outdoor things to celebrate it. I tell her that she ought to have an official birthday and an unofficial birthday, like the queen.

I'm sorry you had a wet birthday. It was nice here all day. There was even a great sunset. I love your picture.
