do you track your food or keep a food diary?

I am supposed to be doing this with weight watchers. Studies have shown that those who track their food lose more weight..also..it gives you an awareness of what you are eating plus you have to count the points. I find it really hard to do though..I guess I just need to record everything immediately before it becomes too big a chore..scuse me..while I write up my cereal..Do you track your food?
