Just Remembered My Left Leg Horrid Spasmas :Last Night

My left leg has a deforemed foot due to a
ruptured tendon that was not operated on
in time
the orthopedic doctor told me that tendon
wat the one that kept your foot from turning
on its inside He put me in custom made
shoes'with a brace for my bad foot.
' Evey so often for some reason I get
very painful spasms that start at my
ankle and run up my leg to my groin
It is a terrible burning stinging sensation
my whole leg stiffens with the pain
and I cannot move as it urts too much
for the pain.
It lasts about ten minutes but feels like'
a lot more it maybe less but it cannot be
walked off like a leg cramp.You cannot'
move at all for the pain
I have not talked to my primary care doctor
as iit is hard to describe and i may
go for months without it happening
but I have read others describing the
same thing

Ouch! 
I get sudden excruciating pains when i pull a nerve or muscle in my calf area...it only happens when i overstretch in my sleep and then suddenly it is like someone shot me in the leg or something.
I put pressure on it and massage it till it subsides.
But your problem seems to be different.

sounds like it was irritated, be sure to stretch often and get some more potassium, I hope you go a long time before it happens again

AYes when I got to the orthopedic doctor he said if my primary care doctor had se nt me to him when it happened he could have repaired it now i live with it
