I was going to add a fourth workout to my week by going tomorrow morning. I just went to the gym's web site to sign up for a class only to discover that both of the classes are full and on "wait list only" status. No thank you, I'm not getting involved with that last minute stuff. I'll just have to be happy with getting my three workouts in this week like I was supposed to.

I'm doing a 6 week transformation challenge. I have to do 3 workouts a week at least.
