Can't sleep, annoying neighbor's videoke machine is too loud / myLot

In the Philippines, videoke machine is popular. Unfortunately, my neighbor's videoke machine is too loud that you can hear their songs as far as 10 houses away! I can't even concentrate typing my response in Mylot because of the annoying and loud videoke machine. I want to sleep early because of my early work, but I can't. I know it is weekend, but I hope they can lower down the volume and they can be sensitive just a little. Dear Lord, grant me more patience please!

Some people could be so insensitive to others. I hope someone in your place/ a local official will come and ask them to lower the volume.

I think the captain here is very much aware and does not care much. I have officials who are not doing even their basic job description which is implementation of rules. We have a rule that videoke is not allowed after a certain time, but still they allow it, because the officials do not care.

@chiwasaki that's the problem with some local officials here; there are so many laws but they are so lazy or afraid? to implement them. Needs political will.
