Hi friends, do you do exercise everyday?

Doing exercise is good for health, but sometimes I skip it because I was tired back from work. May I know do you usually do workout? If so, what exercise do you do? Do you like exercise?

I try to exercise regularly. It involves stretching, bending and rotation of the joints. It is not possible for me to take a walk on working days. But I do walk for about 15-20 minutes on weekends.

So, 15-20 minutes walking makes feel better, right? I plan to do outdoor running on weekends from next weekend

i walk a couple of hours a day but my body is often too tired to do more. When I'm feeling more energised I do yoga or aerobics or dancing.

I exercise every single day. Even if it is just a 45 minute walk on the treadmill. I feel great afterwards.

I try to do my exercise at least 3 times a week.It keep muscles in good shape.Though,I admit,it`s not enough. I am veryyyyyyyyyyyyyy lazy
