Windows 10, Quick Access lists most recent folders and files you looked at and lists them in order of most recently accessed by date and time at least in my computer that is how they are listed and I just removed, not deleted, but removed shortcuts to files and folders inside of Windows 10 Quick Access to clean things up a bit, however, 5 HTML files will simply not delete. In fact I don't even know why this is the case. Do you have the answer or have any idea as to what would prevent the deletion of 5 html files when in fact over 259 files and several dozens of folders were quickly removed with no difficulty?

No idea and I don't have Windows 10 but I was curious to see what I could find. Perhaps this can help you -
For those who prefer to manually manage their data, Quick Access in Windows 10 may prove more annoying than helpful. Here's how to limit it in Windows 10.

Thanks I recently looked at this article. I am still unable to do anything. I may have to use some kind of registry cleaner to get rid of these as they may be displaced from their original file locations and for that reason the computer can not find them or they have redundant copies somewhere in the computer. Maybe, but this is just a guess.
