My blood sugar was 128 w hich is really
good for this time of d ay but I do wish'
I got hungry more often.Our meals are too
close together for one thing and Im
not physically active as I should be.

I hope you try to exercise something suitable for you. I recommend the fitness blender they might give you new work outs for the elders.
