Today's workout wasn't that bad. We were broken up into two groups because there were two different sets of exercises: Set 1 1) single leg deadlift (5 per leg) 2) TRX hip bridge (10) 3) lunge/hamstring stretch (3 per leg) Set 2 1) pushups (6) 2) kettlebell row (5 per arm--> alt with heavier kettlebell do 3 per arm) 3) prowler pull We did 13 minutes of each set and just rotated through the exercises continuously during those 13 minutes. Set 1 was much easier than Set 2, but Set 2 wasn't that bad. The prowler pull was the real challenge. The finisher was 6 minutes on the clock and we had to do 20 squats and 15 TRX rows. . . as many times as we could. I made it the whole time.

The prowler pull definitely worked my shoulders and arms. I can feel it now as I sit here!

@NJChicaa Well it takes awhile to get used to. Soon, I'll be going on my winter break, when the temps grow colder and snowier. Thanks!
