Charging me an extra $30

I am tired of my cellphone company. I got a message last night claiming I have gone over my data and being charged $30 extra (on top of the $110). My plan was up for the month November 11th, there is no way I used that much data in under 3 days.

Goodness sakes, this is why I stopped using cellphone contracts because of this. I hope everything can be resolved!

That is all we have here, or prepaid but it costs even more.I have a large amount of data so why amI going over when on the website it says I've used 755MB not GB.

@ricki_911 That's odd enough. I wonder if there's a daily or weekly limit of data, although the pack just tells the monthly limit?

Did you accidentally watch any videos when on data? I did that once and went over not realizing it.

@ricki_911 no idea! Data does go fast though depending how long. I never go over though I have 15gb shared among my boyfriend and I. My parents are on the plan also but they don't use any internet.

@infatuatedbby I have 3 GB and looking at upping it. But never gone over until now. But the cost is ridiculous. It I up it to 5gb t is an extra $50 ! Month.
