I like this sentence because I am a grandma. Sometimes, we want to talk with our children about their children, something wrong or something right. But please remember, the children's children are not your children. so if you visit the children's home, eat more and talk less please

I'll remember that when I become a grandma one day... Actually, as I get older, I find myself eating, talking, and even sleeping less...

Because you are younger, so you image that you will eating, talking and even sleeping less, but the fact when you get older, maybe not just like so.

@happyhaha I'm already eating, talking, and sleeping less now compared to when I was younger... I don't know if that will change as I get even older...

This is good advice. Most people find it hard to accept advice about how to bring up their children.

yeah, it is hard to do for the grandparents, but, unfortunately, when they find out, it is too late.

Thank you for your responses, eating and talking, both are important for us, but in certain time we have to tell them.

In my time they used to say ..... Talk less listen more. Empathy makes friends out of enemies. What to talk of grandchildren's parents..... :) On a lighter vein, why do grand parents bond well with grandchildren? Because both have a common enemy. Ha Ha. :)
