A bilt bit disappointed about tje birthday
party but blooid sugar at 144 so its im
the range my doctor set. Dinner surprised
me as the pieces of chicken the Creamy
chicken were from real chicken breast.
Not the yucky chicken parts so it tasted
great also corn which I left as my doctor
said nio corn no seedy berries as they'can
cause a diverticulitis flare up.
Darn i did it again a big run on sentence
but seeing its spelled correctly I will split it
On ward and upward time to read and
respond and do more notifications
