son and his old mother

A son took his mother to a restaurant for an evening dinner. Mother being very old and weak,while eating dropped food on her clothes. Other dinners watched her in disgust while her son was calm. After she finish eating,her son took her to the wash room, wiped the food particles removed the stains, combed her hair and fitted her spectacles firmly.
When they come out, the entire restaurant was watching them in silence, not able to grasp how someone could embarrass themselves publicly like that. The son settled the bill and started working out with his mother. At that time, an old man amongst the dinners called out to the son and asked him, dont you think you have left something behind? The son replied, No sir, I haven't.
The old man retorted, "yes you have! You left a lesson for every child and hope for every mother"
The restaurant went silent.
A wish of every mum. My mum had to bear the shame of me embarrassing her when I was little, I see no reason why I can't do the same for her.
The love of parents to their children as well as their labor to them will never be in vain.

This great story inspired me a lot.
I read it somewhere, so decided to share the story here in mylot.
I know some of us might have hear of the story but some haven't, "it's very interesting story that's y I shared it.

This was a great story and something we all have to deal with. A son that cares for his mother like that is a child every mother wishes for. Having humility and also having decency and care, to treat the person that has bathed, nursed, and cared for to pay them back and take care of them.

@Success5768 As teenagers or children we get embarrassed by our parents but we lose that when we realize how much they have done for us.

As children or teenagers we sometimes get embarrassed becuz we don't have a strong confidence to stand the shame then.

My mom went out with her sister and her daughter and my sister.
They went out to a restaurant and my mom slept on her kneecap and broke it. Now she has a broken knee and she must keep her leg straight. Her leg is wrapped with a strong stone like material.
The workers at the restaurant and at the mall didn't want to call the ambulance because of the responsibility and maybe the guilt involved in it. My mom fell on her knee because of a clumsy person who had left some sous on the floor. She celebrated her 60th birthday 7 days ago. Is that her birthday's gift ?
I hope my mom will recover soon and fast and completely. Until then, she won't be able to hang out.
We can learn from it to watch out for our steps, falling on the floor can bring a serious damage.
If an accident like that ever happens, make sure to get the film from the security cameras, you will have to sue the restaurant at the court. Life is very volatile, one moment one smiles, and later he is in great pain.
