I can't change my availability again

I was told today as I applied to a part time (once a month) position to do inventory for a company that comes into our store. I had to get permission as it may be conflict of interest. I was called into the office, and told he found out from the district manager that I was fine to do it, but I can;t change my availability any further. They can't tell me that I can't change my availability. I know its because he knows I'm looking for a new job.

That is the issue! They would't ive me more and I am the longest employee. Ichangedmy availability Monday to Thursday as I found a full time job. Apparently this was inconvenient to them yet they didn't think about it when I asked for more hours when I couldn't pay bills.

@ricki_911 Makes me think about a job I had and the boss cut my hours and several other people it was difficult working that way .He hired a new girl and she was able to get her hours back. I had to help her and told him i can't get my job done and asst here while she is working full time. Her position required her there full time. They don't make it easy for you to allow you to work the days you can to find other work, and living with less money can be difficult.

@CookieMonster46 That is exactly the issue!!! He was giving a 17 year old all the hours (who sister is the assistant manager). He just hired 2 new people and then cut our hours, yet whined when I got another full time job (that gives me 43 hours). They whine and complain constantly and its a bad environment. They had myself and 1 other lady working the truck yet the other 4 workers don't. Yet, when we put honest opinion they try and blame us for everything.
