In my opinion, only that person flatters his boss who is not worthy for the post.A worthy person need not to flatter anyone.Today there is a great problem of unemployment So the boss gives employment to those persons who have oily tongues. Nepotism has become the part of life, nobody gives value to ability. That is the reason ,the worthy persons and well and well educated persons are sitting idly at home. Even the teachers are being kept on the basis of casteism or bribery or nepotism. Is it proper in your eyes?I invite your views.
