Hahahahahaha, you can hire me as your professor because I am English language and literature graduate. I am willing to help you. You can do a lot. Watch lots of movies because it is the best way to memorize new words and use your imagination to learn langauge. Play with words.

Ahahahahahha. Find movies with english subtitles. You can memorize a lot because you will be able to read what they are saying. Trust me it pays off. I learned 4 languages like that.

Read more (written in English) and communicate with others (written/oral) using the English language.

there are a lot of ways that you can do to learn English. audio lessons really helps. i'm sure you can find it in youtube. also, read more english books and watch english films.

The best way to learn English would be to interact with people and on their discussions too.Here are many people here whose native language is English also the fact that you can learn from everybody something.

You already know some English, don't you? Unless you were using an automatic translator, obviously.
For learning it, read a lot, write a lot, talk a lot and listen a lot. Also learn some basic grammar, but do not concentrate only on the grammar.

If you are really weak join some English speaking course...
Otherwise practice a lot ...read, write and communicate
