I got to know one good home made remedy which I would like to share.
Tea leaves and neem to be mixed in a lukewarm water and on weekly basis ,have to gently massage the scalp and apply it to the hair thorougly.Do not add shampoo after that, Just rinse it with plain water.(One of my doctor friend suggested it)
And yes this remedy has to be started from the age of 25 years :) I am gonna follow it, I dont want to colour my hairs,if i grow old :( Its better to take precaution...
Do you know any other remedy?

@vaishu0106 I am trying it now. It is just a couple of weeks so cannot say for sure whether it works but I have heard others say that it works when you apply it regularly

No I don't know. I read in my nursing book that gray hair is sometimes caused NY oxygen getting into the cuticle of the hair.

I don't think that your hair will be impressed in the long run. When it will feel like turning grey, it will turn grey.
I pity you and all dark haired people. Dark hair with white roots looks really bad. I'm lucky, my natural hair colour is middle blond. When my grey roots grow, it doesn't show for a long time. I have my hair dyed at the hair dresser's. It looks so natural that even women are fooled. Men are nearly always fooled. :-)
