With Thanksgiving

Thankful to wake up every morning!

I am thankful for, God, my church, my husband and my kids, my mother, and one more little thing. When I weighed Tiny my youngest yesterday, he had gained a pound. This was extremely exciting since he has now passed his twin, something he has not been able to accomplish since his birth 5 years ago. He was born with many difficulties, including a heart condition, feeding tube that he still has, and hydrocephalus. It was especially sweet coming at Thanksgiving, it may not last, but I will enjoy the success right now. Each pound is gained after much difficulty and struggle.

Every time I wake up, I'm thankful because God has given another day in my life - to spend it with the ones I love and to meet/learn from other people.
