Jessica @Jessicalynnt always has these weekly Suddendeath poetry challenges, and this week it was suggested to me by a fellow follower.
It was just lovely and if you have the time, pop over to Jessica's poem and give it a read.
I am going to give it a try:
Today’s words are: thanks, gift, gratitude, grateful, goodie
The quality of gratitude
can only be found
when people show respect,
without making a sound;
the grateful mind
is such a pleasing find
its a gift so rare,
very seldom around;
So with thanks I write
this purposeful poem,
for everyone here and those on the roam.
Be sight-full of pain
hidden beneath the skin
and give of the goodie
that you have within.
- this is Sophie signing out!

This was lovely! I esp liked
"the grateful mind
is such a pleasing find
its a gift so rare,
very seldom around;"
Glad you did the challenge, and great use of the words
