Feeling depressed

I really need a break and some holidays. I am tired of working everyday and it is so cold already here in Portugal. I can't take this anymore.
I would like to be a bear and hibernate so that I could wake up only in March, when the days are already bigger and the temperatures are warmer.
Who wants to hibernate with me? Anyone?

@imravi well, it has some advantages to live alone. But I guess that I would be bored soon.

Well, in fact, if I could choose between hibernating or a living on beach, I would definitely go for the second option

I don't like winters too. They always invoke gloominess and depression among me. I read somewhere that this mood is a remnant of the older times when our ancestors used to take shelters during long periods of winter. I'd love to hibernate in my cozy woollen blanket.

@fufurinha Mostly. But I know people who feel low during summers. I don't understand how somebody can be depressed during warm weather

I have often said I want to hibernate about mid November until April. I hate the cold and I am usually so depressed during the winter that I would be happy sleeping through the entire thing.
I hope you get some time off soon.

You're exactly like me. I hate cold weather. And short days (when it is night by 5:30 pm).
