For breakfast we had a bacon, egg, cheese sandwich =) Bought items at the market and made it ourselves. Then, for lunch... we haven't ate yet but I have Prime Rib with rice & veggies! Dinner... I'm not sure yet!

@amandajay For breakfast, I am going to have yogurt in a few minutes and might add something else I am not sure! I had never fried ladyfingers I have had them baked. They are pretty good!

@amandajay I think we might have a different idea of lady's fingers. I think of a long pastry coating filled with a creamy icing. The pastry is the part that is baked; I don't think we fry them. Is this the same thing you are referring? Can you explain what one is to you, I would be interested in hearing about them?

@Marty1 I have no idea about baking them, I just have to check internet for the recipe. but fried dish,,, just cut them into small pieces, use little saffron, salt, Maldive fish and chilly pieces, and onions,,,,, heat the pan, put oil,, add all the ingredients and keep until cooked... simple as that

Sounds like a wonderful menu. We had what we call here brunch since we woke up so late, it was french toast with a side of bacon, coffee and juice. For dinner I made from leftovers turkey panini with mac n cheese and sweet potato casserole
