If you have problems, just cry and think for awhile. It gets the sad out of you, and it lessens the pain that you feel. There is no bad effects in crying, and it could make you feel calm after you do it. Not all strong people can hold their problems, some strong people cry. I do have many problems and sometimes I cannot handle all of them especially personal problems and I just cry and think of it so I can solve them. Do not cry in front of some people that you are not really close with, or they will make fun of you and will worsen your problems.
