Cooking veggies for my breakfasts

On this diet I have scrambled eggs with vegetables every morning. Each weekend I chop up and cook the veggies so all I have to do is add them to the eggs as they cook in the morning. It saves a ton of time. This week's selection includes onion, zucchini, mushrooms, and tomatoes. They are all cooking down in the pan on the stove as I type. By the time they are done it will be time to start getting dinner going.
