Feeling Better!! Yeah!!

I decided around noon, that I would go upstairs and try to sneak in a short nap before lunch! I pulled down the blind, turned on the radio to a Christmas channel and then gingerly crawled into bed. The first position hurt like crazy, so had to trade that position for a new one. That felt better and I slipped into a sleepy state. I don't know when it actually happened, but I drifted off and actually began to dream. Just before lunch was served, hubby came up to check on me and he said that I was curled up and looked peaceful. He went back downstairs and had lunch with darling daughter. When I did wake up on my own, I felt better and went downstairs. Lunch was waiting for me... egg salad and spinach sandwich. So far all is good. Hoping that it stays that way!!

Often what we need the most to heal is some peaceful sleep. I am glad hubby let you sleep.

My sleep patterns have been really off lately. I definitely needed the nap! :)

I'm pleased you were able to have a nap. Hopefully the pain will start to ease now.
