One Sunday before I went to church I stop by to this local market in Richmond high street. It was amaze the moment I enter, my eyes were full already of such healthy meal, fresh fruits and veggies, healthy snacks and cakes!!! Gosh! The name of the store is Whole foods market. If by chance you wanna go around London, Richmond is a good area to visit, big park and nice places to eat.

I have never been to a whole foods but I know there are many in California. They do have a lot of healthy stuff and from what I heard it doesn't cost that much.
