Who is the most reliable car repair shop?

Is the dealership the best place to go for car repairs or some other place like a gas station or Pep Boys or Goodyear? Curious to know how others feel. Dealerships seem to overcharge.

Well. the best car repair shops are the authorised service stations of that particular brand/ make. they have the best people.

Well, if your car is on warranty you take to the delearship because if it's not, you have to take it someone that's good and that usually comes from word of mouth.

My car is definitely not under warranty anymore so to the repair places I shall go. :-) Thanks.

I agree, the dealerships do tend to overcharge for their parts and services. I always try to find a local, good quality repair shop that others in the town recommend highly. It seems you get better service at a much cheaper price.

That is what I am going to do for now on is look for a repair place close by and actually I already did. This place called NTB near me is very reasonable and very helpful. Goodyear is another one close by that is good here from what i hear.
