This is my Christmas Latch Hook that is a pillow. Its usually sitting right near me every Christmas Season. I love looking at this cute pillow and thinking of my daughter who made it for me. Happy holidays and may we all have a great rest of the year.

That's nice. I used to do latch hooking. I made a pillow for my daughter, and also made a small rug, mat really, for her nursery before she was born. I know I did a lot more but those are the only two that stand out in my mind. Latch hooking is so easy that I think my shaky hands could probably still manage... but the cost! That's a nice sentimental gift you have from your daughter. Something homemade is nicer than any big dollar gift.

I agree prefer my handmade gifts. The time my daughter spends on each latch hook is priceless and knowing she picked the pattern thinking of me. Certain items she has made I remember more than others, as everyone will see this week.
