It varies for me. I am not dependent on anything. I can have a cup of tea or not. Same with coffee. Today I had a cup of tea because my niece offer to make it. It was peppermint tea.

I only have one cup of coffee in the morning unless it is freezing cold sometimes I will have 2 cups of Coffee and the tea? Well it is one of my favorites but I try not to drink so much of it anymore.

I usually have two cups of tea in a day. One in the morning and the other in the evening.
