Remembering an old friend.

I always look up to a person who has the ability to inspire others through their words and actions. In the past, I had the chance to work with a very charming lady, Ms. Lulu Perez who taught me so many things that I believe I still have even today. I worked in an International School before and she was one of my colleagues. Whenever I talked to her about how bad my day went because of my students, she always managed to give me helpful advice. "Kids are really like that because they're growing. Let's extend our ropes a little more for them and guide them to the best of our ability. What you've been through right now is normal. You'll be fine" she once told me. I was observing her and she was indeed walking her talks. I always consulted her about so many things and we became close friends. I learned a lot from her. Humility, truthfulness and being considerate are few things that I manage to nurture within me, thanks to her.
