This Shouldn't Be Funny....

I was driving my fiancé to work the other day, and there was a dead rabbit in the middle of the road. That in itself is far from funny, but laying in the ditch a ways up was an Easter basket. Which I thought was odd for November. Then, the more I thought about it, the more funny it seemed because I had created this ridiculous scenario in my head about the Easter bunny trying and failing to cross the road.

Definitely a mystery. Sure hope it wasn't the Easter Bunny. Imagine if a poor child came across that.
