What would you prefer? / myLot

This is just a question to everyone. Feel free to answer and of course, don't be shy to open up. So the question is, would you prefer to celebrate Christmas in a snowy cold home or in a warm, sunny beach in the tropics?

My family has a tradition on Christmas eve. we always go out and look at the lights on the houses for a couple hours then we come home drink hot coco, sit by the fire, and open one gift. Granted the gift we open is always pajamas and a movie or board game but still. I don't think it would be the same for us if it were warm. i would miss it to much. as for the snow though it hasn't snowed here in my area around Christmas in a long time. I hate snow but I still think its pretty and fun to play in.

Yeah snow is very fun to play with. Throw some snowballs with friends as well as making a huge snowman. I miss those times.

@MandatoryMadness yeah i thought so too. It's kinda dangerous to drive in high speeds during winter.

That cool. Back when I was i High school, I was studying in China. That was when I experience a winter christmas. But since I'm back here in the Philippines, we don't have snows :D

Haven't had a chance to experience real snow here in Manila so my choice will be to celebrate Christmas in with snow - lots and lots of snow!

Very true but here in the Philippines, if ever it snows, a lot of people are gonna be sick or are gonna die because most of us are used to tropical weather. haha

A snowy location for me because it would feel more like a traditional Christmas. Which would you prefer though?

I have experienced celebrating Christmas during a winter and during the summer. Since I am from the Philippines, I don't really think about it since I grew up in a hot weather, But I would prefer the snowy Christmas because I think you can do a lot more like play outside, make some snowman, throw some snowballs, etc.
