Time to go home again

Yes, it is that time again and I am about to set off for the airport. I expect to be back in sunny England late in the afternoon, so that allows me time to do a little essential shopping in Manchester before completing my journey. It will be interesting to see what the weather is like now, although somehow I doubt that it will be very welcoming. Oh well, there is only one way to find out for sure.

It's not too bad here today, I hope you are going to find at least a half sunny day and not too cold.

I'm guessing he had milk and bread in mind when he mentioned shopping in Manchester...

I can vouch for it being a little cooler than Spain.

@Asylum Just like going to Tesco or Sainsburys or Asda, with the flashing red light, beep and "Unexpected item in bagging area"

Yes because I obviously cannot store bread or milk while away. I hate having to pay extortionate airport prices for such items.

@Asylum Actually you can but may not like to. Both freeze nicely and thaw out without any ill effects. I actually love milk when it is almost thawed and full of ice crystals. Saying that, I rarely freeze milk. As I have a car it's easy to finish it before I leave and pick up new on the way home.
