I simply cannot wait to see the back of this year!
I'd like to say "there are some ups, and there are some downs."...
Well, for most of 2016, it was more like a tiny bit up and a sharp drop down.
I guess youLot is what's keeping this smile on myFace throughout this rough ride.
As the End of 2016 approaches, I'd like to thank you all for being here to put me down.. and *oh erm that didn't sound right????!!*
I mean I'd like to thank you all for being here to pick me up.......... *erm that sounds wrong too..*
Well... anyways.. A BIG THANK YOU for just erm being you!

All in all it was pretty good
Got my own place and a job, neither of which I've had for a long time.
Hopefully in 2017 I'll get a better place and better job.

2016 is crazy for me, I almost got arrested because of false accusations and thank goodness I proven my innocence. I also moved to another country. I left my white collar job because I got an opportunity to immigrate to Canada with the help of some relatives who needed me for my skills.

It's really crazy how many people have said that 2016 was one of their worst years ever. Without a doubt, it was my worst year ever, as I lost my father this year. I thought it was only me that had a rough year, but it seems that everyone I talk to can't wait for this year to be done so they can put it behind them! I say bring on 2017 as quickly as possible!

@moffittjc I am so sorry for you loss. 2016 took my grandpa. So ya truly sucks for that. Hopefully 2017 gets better for us

2016 seemed to be a tough year for me, business climate here in my country is no better, I'm praying for a more prosperous 2017 ( one finger is thumbs uping but you do not see the other fingers crossed)

Hey, I am sorry to hear 2016 has been crap for you. Apart from the mushroom top issue, I have never read that into your posts, so you have been hiding it well. Jetting off to the far flungs corners of the world sounded like you were having a whale of a time. Obviously not.
I hope 2017 is much better, as you seem a canny lass and deserve it.
As for me, every year is crap, and this one has been no different. Like you I gain some solace from myLot, but it's not enough to make me happy. I am hard to please.

@Drosophila You will just have to put it all behind you and make the necessary changes next year to be happy.
Whatever you do, don't forget to send me the occasional ya, as that makes me happy, and that's important too!

Thank you! ya I don't like to breath too much negativity.. things only looks worse the more I complain.. sometimes it's just best to "get on with it"... then afterwards you can say "my, that was a pile of crap"

@amitkokiladitya or in cases of when you don't.. I think that God calls to the worst of us and not the righteous, for those are the ones in need of saving.
