My daughter-in-law has fibro. She sometimes is down for the count with pain. Her doctor said the best thing for her is exercise. She does go for long walks and hikes with my son. He is very supportive of her.

A rocking chair is supposed to help sufferers when they have to sit. I guess it's all tied to movement. I've wanted to get one. The motion seems to help me when I visit my grandmother and sit in her rocking chair.
