I have several friends with Fibromyalgia. They lead pretty active lives except when this malady takes hold of them. I found this article about some strange symptoms of Fibromyalgia and thought I would share it here. Anyone on here have it?

My daughter-in-law has fibro. She sometimes is down for the count with pain. Her doctor said the best thing for her is exercise. She does go for long walks and hikes with my son. He is very supportive of her.

A rocking chair is supposed to help sufferers when they have to sit. I guess it's all tied to movement. I've wanted to get one. The motion seems to help me when I visit my grandmother and sit in her rocking chair.

i've been told such's not what ails me, but i've all 7 symptoms. i feel fer yer friends 'n all who suffer with this :(

I have had Fibro for many years. I do have several of the symptoms listed inthe article which was very informative. Thankfully, the Fibro Fog doesn't happen too often.

I don't either but certainly feel like I must sometimes when my arthritis is active.

@celticeagle I can honestly say I've never experienced those symptoms. Though I do have arthritis.

it makes me wonder if there arent many things that are un-diagnosed hiding under that lable
