Mixing

So, I have a thing where if I run out of one cereal and the bowl isn't full enough to actually be a meal that I mix in another cereal. I had honey bunched of oats, there was a little left and you know the smart thing to mix in would be some type of bran flakes or a flakey kind of cereal. Nah. I don't roll that way. I mixed in frosted mini wheats and it was actually completely delicious. The honey and nut flavor on the mini wheats was actually really good. So I discovered a new and good tasting cereal. Yey!

I used to do the same thing. Always had All Bran and a couple of other types on hand. I like to mix them. I now like puffed rice by itself.

@deadreak It all comes to taste and texture. You don't want to mix something gritty with something you do not want to be gritty. It just makes sense.

I sometimes do that. I like more than one cereal, so would top up with another if I have run out. This rarely happens as I invariably always have new box ready for when the old runs out.

We normally have 4 boxes of different kinds of cereals. So, more variety.

It's great when you discover something like that by accident.

At least you were willing to go that way and try out a new mixture.

Of course, why have a small bowl and be hungry still when you can make a full bowl of greatness?
