Disturbing behaviour

This morning one of the ladies in the supermarket stuck her finger inside her mouth and started rubbing her teeth. My only guess is that she forgot to brush her teeth this morning.
I don't usually pay attention to what people do, but that particular one was very disturbing and it caught my attention. I find it as disturbing as picking nose in public.
This behaviour could also be due to mental or physical illness.
Have you ever witness something like that?

@madshadi It's very disturbing when the judge in my court room always picks his nose before sentencing a prisoner.

Yes when i was in high school, i saw and student sittng on the floor and he moves like a zombie, i am new on that school so i ask my classmate i he know that student and he said yes. And he mention that this student had epileptic illness. So it flash on my mind when i saw the students act. And i conclude that he was under attack of his illness that time that i never minded.
