Army and Navy why is this so important?

Good morning a cold one that it is. We are on our way going to Maine for our bread supply. Today is the Army and Navy football game. Now someone tell me why is this game so important? I know that it is traditional and been for years. are you going to watch the game. photo public domaine

Haven't they been playing for over a hundred years. Oddly, even though I was in the Army, I root for Air Force.

@amadeo Blocked is not the right word, locally they broadcast local events and major events that happen in Europe. I believe you do not even know about the football matches we have here between Firefighters and Police, Actors and Singers and so on.

Oh, I will not watch it, but my husband may. My husband is an Army veteran, and my Dad is a Navy veteran.

I don't watch most games, only if Tennessee is playing. My father was in the Army for a long time so if I were to watch I'd root for them.

I don't know. But I don't care much for college football and would rather watch the pros play.
