A myLot Christmas poem for you!

T’was the night before Christmas and all through myLot,
The fireplace was roaring and it was way too hot.
The stockings were hung where Santa could reach,
I counted them, there was one for myLotters each.
While some posted about Christmas Eve and what was for dinner,
I think we need a contest to pick a winner.
Christmas cards were sent via e-mail, no stamps to buy,
Did I forget to send you one? Oh me, oh my.
Gifts are scattered around the myLot Christmas tree,
We should not peek, we need to let them be.
Oh Santa deer fellow have we all been good?
I realize some aren’t in this neighborhood.
But we try real hard to be nice to each other,
We’re like a family - a sister and brother.
Now dash away, dash away, dash away all,
Don’t drink too much eggnog or you’ll walk into a wall.
But I heard Santa explain as he flew out of sight,
The last one to leave, please turn out the light.
