I was so stupid yesterday. I commuted yesterday in going to school. I did not drive my car because the parking area in the mall is far and my Saturday class ends at 4 in the afternoon. It also rained hard yesterday. After the class, I went to mall and had bought three new series lights of different colors , toys for the kids , big toys 4 pieces, plus stuffs bought in the wet market like apples, grapes, veggies and meat. Then I went out from mall and waited for a taxi, but I cannot find one, so plenty of people waiting for a taxi so I rode on a jeepney to transfer to the next street only to forget my other bag in the jeepney. I brought two bags one shoulder and one not. I only learned that I forgot it when I was inside the taxi.My small bag contains 7 keys for my bedroom, aparador, office table, faculty office main door, and faculty toilet, imported umbrella , imported sunglasses in its case , imported lipstick 4 pieces, imported eye wears , bracelets, and a cellular phone. I was so careless. I cannot recall that jeepney plate number. I felt devastated, I got an LBM right away due to emotional stress.I went to church thankful of the old dress kept in a.luggage and such not lock. I am totally unhappy, then God guided me what to do. Yes, that was the help God told me while in church to do the following: Go to mall to find a Master Key maker, yes, I did find a master Key maker and it will be handed to me tomorrow. I thought only few pesos, but the price for the master key is 500 pesos, it's okay no choice. I also bought new umbrella and make up set. I thank God for helping me during my troubled moment. I told myself, I should always have focus. I am just human and not perfect.Thank you guys.

@infatuatedbby , I have 3 cellular phones, and one was there and my name and phone number , but none called me. The finder may consider it the owner, so very bad person,She or he should have reported it to police, so it's the police to call me.

@cacay1 Did you try calling the phone number in the lost bag? If that phone is an Iphone, I think you can locate it via "Find my phone" in the internet. One of your students would know how to do this.

Just be more careful next time.if it had some kind of identification tag there's a chance it would be returned if a good person happen to be the one to find it.

@louievill , My cellular phone has my name in the cover, but nobody tried to call me.It will never be returned. The bag itself is pure leather I bought in Auckland at $150. I told Dennis my bf who is still in Australia and he jut told me to relax and everything is under control and that is life.I was so relived after we talked in Skype.

@cacay1 yep perhaps the one who found it practices "finders keepers", and as we Pinoys say it " pinag interesan na" ( somebody had an interest in a coveteous way)

Is there any chance you could contact the Jeepney office and find out if your bag was turned in? It would be nice if there was an honest person to give you back your bag.

@just4him, no chance friend, so numerous jeepneys in the city. This day everything is in order. I called the guy who delivered the big aparador to create new keys. When I arrived home, it was done. I am happy for I can open my clothes drawer .The problem that I am facing this time is my Pay Pal. I am denied access as what was shown on screen. One site paid me $11 dollars thru pay pal and received message from PP and told me to see the payment only to see on screen, access denied.I am facing another problem,Oh, God.

@cacay1 Someone got access to your PayPal account it sounds like. Did you have that information on your phone that you lost in the jeepney? You're going to need to let them know of the loss, and any other accounts that can be jeopardized with the phone you lost.

Oh that's horrible! It will be dangerous if the keys go into mischievous hands and the finder knows where you live.

It really happens. We should check all our bags whenever we are outside every now and then and put together all items in one place so you hold on just one bag at a hand. Hope you will be alright soon

How awful for you! I would have tried to contact the jeepney company to see if the driver found it or some kind soul turned it in. No matter, you can always replace those items. You've had a lot of stress in your life, so carry on and don't worry.

I'm just wondering how the keymaker can make a key for you without any key to copy the grooves and curves unless he goes to your house and school and make molds of the forms and curvatures of your key by inserting the molds on the lock or dismantling the lock and make the mold from there.

@sunrisefan, hahaha , the key is just one metal key with many curves, but I did not push it through because it can only open , but cannot close back .

@cacay1 So you really have to make a duplicate for each individual lock but you have to change the combination so the lost keys can't be used on it. Better still - you have totally change the entire lock and key set.

Sorry that happened to you. This time of year we have so much on our minds and we are rushing about. It is easy to forget things. It happens to a lot of people and it is so devastating when it does. I am glad you found some guidance in God to get you through it.

Sorry to hear of your loss. Over here an appeal is made over the radio, describing the lost item and requesting that anyone finding it should hand it in to the nearest police station or call a given number. I don't know how successful this is - depends on who finds it .
