Please help me what to do: I cannot open my Pay Pal

My dear friends, I am so sad and worried. I do not know why I am denied access to Pay Pal. One site sent me $11 , that is another writing site , side line LOL, 
. When I opened my account, this was what I saw on screen:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access " on this server.

I am not happy. What if Mylot sends my pay too? I am in troubled state again.
Can you please hep me ? Is my Pay Pal account hacked? I tried to contact Pay Pal thru their Contact page the feedback is the same.

What operating system are you using? Try first accessing using a different web browser, if you are using chrome, do it on firefox, also try logging in using a different connection. Did you login to your payapal account when you where abroad? Try first the browser and the connection and tell us what happens, good luck

I am using Firefox, but under the command of Windows 10 which I hate,but I already had received payments under W10.This day is a surprising one, I am denied. I will try Chrome. Thanks friend.Literacy Base sent me $11 for my payment of November. I am so worried actually. Thanks.

@cacay1 it could be an ip block for some reason, try letting it pass say try again tomorrow morning if it could wait or if you have another internet connection try to log in there. If it still fails contact them

i hope yer able to get this resolved soon, hon. i aint familiar with win10 'n 'ts 'quirks', but try updatin' yer browser. send 'em an email.
